- 9/11 Health Care Contribution: Served as Medical Director for the World Trade Center Landfill post-9/11, overseeing health monitoring of public workers.

Led by Dr. John P. Salerno, founder of the Salerno Center in New York City, we have a fabulous team comprised of highly trained medical professionals who genuinely care about our patients and believe in the power of complementary medicine.
Complementary medicine is different than alternative medicine. Complementary medicine is when a non-mainstream practice is used together with conventional medicine. Alternative Medicine, on the other hand, replaces conventional medicine.
Dr. Salerno’s is a holistic doctor whose medical approach embraces the whole person – mind, body, and spirit – treating the entire person rather than just symptoms.
